2. Limitations of Liability

Findings are based on non-invasive, visual techniques using industry-standard tools. A 10% margin of potential discrepancy is inherent due to concealed construction conditions. HomeCheck.in is not liable for latent defects or issues not visible during the inspection.

3. Legal Disclaimer

This report is provided for informational purposes only and is not admissible as evidence in legal proceedings. It cannot be used to assert claims against the inspector or HomeCheck.in.

4. Inspection Scope & Exclusions

Included: Plumbing (visible) and Electrical (visible wiring) checks.

Excluded: Latent defects, environmental hazards (mold/asbestos), pest infestations, concealed components requiring destructive testing, structural integrity (foundations, walls, roofs), and mechanical systems (HVAC, if accessible).

5. Pricing & Service

• Single Visit: Quote covers one property visit.
• Additional Visits: Incur extra charges based on scope.
• Coverage: Valid within Hyderabad & Secunderabad limits.

6. Payment Terms

• Advance: 50% required to confirm booking.
• Balance: 50% payable immediately post-inspection.
• Extras: Additional services billed separately.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice required 48 hours prior to the visit.
• First reschedule is free if requested 24 hours in advance.
• Subsequent requests may incur nominal fees.

8. Report Delivery

Reports are delivered within 4 business days. They represent the property condition on the inspection date only and are intended exclusively for the client’s use.

5. Report Usage Limitation

• Inspection reports are prepared exclusively for the client who engaged the service.

6. No Warranty or Guarantee
